About foundation

In August 2008, the foundation "Fundacja Dziesięciu Talentów na rzecz Teatru BARAKAH" has been established.

Aims of the Foundation are:

1. Running of the Barakah Theatre.
2. Presentation and popularization of a historical and contemporary cultural accomplishments in national and worldwide theatres.
3. Promotion of different works of theatre, film, music and painting.
4. Creating opportunities for cultural education of society.
5. Help in development of talented artists.
6. Organisation of theatrical and film festivals.
7. Working in aid of tolerance, reconciliation and respect regardless of gender, denomination, ethnic descent, colour of skin or disability. The foundation goes by the idea of dialogue, reconciliation and cooperation between nations, cultures and religions.
8. Popularization and promotion of literature and talented writers in Poland and abroad.
9. Support of European integration.
10. Popularization of new phenomena and unconventional artistic undertakings, new cultural and art ideas.
11. Promotion of a young generation artists in Poland and abroad.
12. Help in development of young, debuting artists.
13. Gathering creators, art critics and art-lovers around the idea of the foundation.
14. Therapy by means of art – Art-therapy.
